01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", or "You") and ke9 ("ke9", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of ke9.today. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality offered through ke9.today, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, instant win games, the VIP loyalty program, and any promotional or bonus offers.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
2.1 Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to open a ke9 account and use any of the platform's services. ke9 operates a strict age verification process. At any time, ke9 may request that you provide one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity:
- A valid government-issued national identity card (NID).
- A valid passport showing date of birth.
- A driver's licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.
- Any other government-issued document showing name and date of birth acceptable to ke9.
Until identity and age verification is satisfactorily completed, ke9 may restrict your ability to deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
ke9 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the ke9 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ke9 does not accept liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. 2.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ke9. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within those accounts. Attempts to circumvent this restriction using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or device identifiers are treated as deliberate abuse and may be referred to relevant authorities.
03 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use ke9's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.2 Username and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ke9 username and password. ke9 will never contact you via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while your login credentials are being used — is your responsibility. ke9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ke9 immediately at [email protected]. ke9 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
ke9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards and to protect the integrity of the platform. KYC verification may be required before a player's first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary by ke9's compliance team. Documents requested may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ke9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Prohibited Account Uses
You may not use your ke9 account for any of the following purposes:
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with ke9 employees.
- Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets without direct human input.
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Facilitating or laundering funds obtained through criminal activity.
- Allowing third parties to access or use your account on your behalf.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
ke9 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals. Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ke9 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount on ke9 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though ke9 reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion for risk management purposes. Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. ke9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from an account or card that does not match the registered ke9 account holder's name may be reversed and the deposit returned.
ke9 processes deposits in real time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to credit depending on the sending institution's processing times. ke9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are processed by ke9 within 30 minutes on average during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing. ke9 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. ke9 may also withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violation on your account.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. ke9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposits, or cryptocurrency wallets.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
ke9 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. ke9 reserves the right to report any suspicious transaction or activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Depositing funds with no intention of using them for genuine gaming purposes — or withdrawing funds that have not been subject to reasonable wagering activity — may be flagged as suspicious and subjected to enhanced due diligence procedures, including temporary account restriction.
05 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on ke9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the ke9 platform and form part of these Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or sport rules. ke9 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error, or placed on a market that has been suspended or closed.
5.2 Sportsbook
ke9's sportsbook covers a broad range of sporting events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, hockey, and tennis. Pre-match and live in-play betting are available across supported markets. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet settlement. Bets accepted at any odds are binding at those odds, subject to the void conditions described above. ke9 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds on any particular event.
5.3 Live Casino & Slots
ke9's live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Slot titles are provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Hacksaw Gaming. Game outcomes in all slots and RNG-based games are determined by independently certified random number generators. ke9 does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the game round result will be determined by the provider's server records, which are final.
5.4 Maximum Winnings
ke9 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Current maximum payout limits are communicated within the relevant game or market interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be adjusted to the maximum payable amount. ke9 will endeavour to provide clear communication of applicable limits prior to bet placement.
5.5 Errors and Technical Faults
In the event of any error — including software malfunction, incorrect odds display, or data feed failure — ke9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. ke9 is not liable to pay out winnings that result from a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was made by ke9 or a third-party data or content provider. Any winnings already credited to your account as a result of a manifest error may be recovered by ke9.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds, free bets, and promotional credits awarded by ke9 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games or markets, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Stakes placed on excluded games or at odds below the stated minimum do not count toward wagering requirements.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
ke9 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a risk-free bonus conversion, placing low-risk bets specifically to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, and systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play. If ke9 determines that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, ke9 reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, restrict or close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.
6.3 VIP Loyalty Program
ke9's VIP loyalty program operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Prestige. Loyalty points are awarded based on wagering activity and can be redeemed for cashback, free bets, and exclusive promotional entries. Tier progression is determined by cumulative wagering volume within a defined qualifying period. ke9 reserves the right to modify the VIP tier structure, point earning rates, redemption values, and available rewards at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
6.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions
ke9 may offer special promotional events aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and Durga Puja. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the ke9 platform at the time of the relevant event. Participation in any seasonal promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable promotion-specific terms.
07 Responsible Gaming
ke9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to members seriously. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional distress. The following tools and policies are in place to support our members.
7.1 Deposit Limits
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ke9 accounts at any time via the account settings panel. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit takes effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
7.2 Session Time Controls and Reality Checks
ke9 provides session time alert features that notify members when they have been playing continuously for a specified period. 7.3 Self-Exclusion

08 Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your ke9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ke9 will process the request within two business days. Any available balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any bonuses subject to active wagering requirements that have not been met) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
8.2 Suspension by ke9
ke9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, at its sole discretion, where it has reason to believe that any of the following has occurred:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information.
- Underage gambling or failure to complete age verification.
- Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
- Suspected money laundering or association with criminal activity.
- Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward ke9 staff or other members.
- Chargebacks or disputes filed with a payment provider without first engaging ke9's dispute resolution process.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ke9 will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days. During any suspension period, access to the account and its associated balance will be restricted.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ke9 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative charge to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month inactivity period, subject to applicable law. Members will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy charge is applied. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting the support team.
8.4 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ke9 platform, you agree to first contact ke9's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings. ke9 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days and to resolve disputes within 28 calendar days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before resorting to litigation. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights as applicable in your jurisdiction.
